Wanted: district 34 lobster boat and license in Yarmouth, Nova Scotia

looking for a boat and/or license boat must be at least 19' wide and 44'11'' long. want off shore gear so if you dont have that with the license the gear is worth nothing to us.
wanting to put down payment pay so much over the next few years but if price is right may bought out right.
